Erin Brandt presenting at: The Legality of Combatting Antisemitism

PortaLaw’s cofounder, Erin Brandt, has been invited as a panelist at the law seminar: The Legality of Combatting Antisemitism.

The Congregation Beth Israel in Vancouver regularly hosts law seminars on critical legal issues. This year’s theme of antisemitism will be explored through the lens of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, workplace law, and university campuses. Erin will be participating in a moderated roundtable focusing on addressing antisemitism in the workplace environment.

Erin will be joining an esteemed roster of colleagues for the full-day seminar on February 15, 2024. Panelists include former justices of the Supreme Court of Canada the Honourable Marshall Rothstein and the Honourable Russell Brown, as well as the Honourable Justice Frankel of the BC Court of Appeal.
