New Sick Leave Rules
Employers and employees should be aware of two recent developments regarding sick leave in BC.
Minimum Wage Increasing to $17.85/hour
On June 1, 2025, the general minimum wage will increase from $17.40 to $17.85 per hour.

On June 1, 2024, the general minimum wage will increase from $16.75 to $17.40 per hour.
