We have been a registered benefit company since January 25, 2021. This means we are a for-profit business that promotes public benefits such as charitable, economic, educational or environmental activities.
As both a benefit company and a Certified B Corporation, our responsibilities extend beyond our clients and shareholders. We are equally accountable to our employees, the environment, and our local community.
We are legally required to publish an annual report outlining our benefit-related activities. This report covers PortaLaw’s work during our most recent fiscal year, from November 1, 2024, to October 21, 2025.
